FAQ

Whats the point of doing a video?

In the old days a record company might give a band a development deal which would pay for them to record a few tracks properly, make a video and buy them onto a tour. It was also a form of market research - to see how the band goes down with the ever fickle public. Now that we all live in the future a band is expected to do all this themselves - including a video. Now matter how good your band sounds its only 50% of what will sell you to both a record company and more importantly the public, the other 50%, like it or not, is how you look, how you move, your vibe and your image. Loads of bands will say, "you really should see us live to get what we're about. Trouble is it can be hard to drag people from in front of their play station of an evening - or indeed away from their computer where they're watching videos of other bands!

Who will play it?

There has never been a better time to get your video seen! There are a number of satellite TV channels that openly encourage unsigned acts to submit videos. So long as they are of broadcast standard. If the video is interesting/ funny/entertaining enough and the music cuts the mustard you have a very real chance of making it onto their play lists. The easiest and arguably most effective way to be seen is online. Good off-the-wall and entertaining videos have had hundreds of thousands and in some cases millions of hits on the likes of Youtube.

What do you get for your money?

At the moment we have a special offer for unsigned acts where we can produce a full broadcast standard music video in high definition from just £295. With this offer you get a half day shoot (upto 6 hours) a full edit and the final video as a master on DV tape/data disc and DVD. This is a fantastic value for money offer for producing a basic but high quality performance based video. We know of absolutely no one else in the country offering this level of production for this kind of price, indeed this deal is unsustainable for us - so if your interested, pick up the phone today! If you require something a little more sophisticated don't hesitate to call us to discuss your ideas. We have a number of very interesting locations on our books, most of which can be used for free, including some fantastic abandoned factories and churches also some areas of post apocalyptic urban dereliction. We can produce promos for all styles and budgets.

How we work.

First we either arrange a no obligation meet up or have a chat over the phone about your ideas, which track you want to make the vid for and your budget.

We then arrange a date for the shoot. At this point we ask for a £150 deposit to confirm the shoot date. After the shoot we put together a rough edit and preview it to you via Youtube so you can give feed back and have a creative input to the editing process. This process continues over several more edits until your happy with the final cut. We then ask for the remainder of our payment, once this is received we release the master on DV tape, data disc and DVD.

And we're fun to work with!
